All bedrooms have en-suite shower and toilet, colour television, clock – radio, hairdryer, toiletries, towels and tea/coffee/hot chocolate tray with biscuits.
Early booking is recommended to avoid disappointment.
We will require payment for your first nights stay to secure your booking.
We accept British Sterling. Additionally, we accept all major credit or debit cards.
In the event of less than 14 days notice of cancellation of your booking, we would make every effort to re-let the accommodation, however, this is not always possible. We reserve the right to charge the full cost of the booking if the room is not subsequently re-let. Please ensure you have suitable travel insurance to cover your stay.
In the event of damage to Guest House property, we reserve the right to charge to replace, repair or professionally clean the item concerned. There will be a charge up to £25.00 for lost keys.
Normal check-in times are 10.00-12.00 and 17.00-20.00. Please confirm your approximate time of arrival when you book.
For the convenience of incoming guests, we require rooms to be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure.
Car Parking, the local area has a residents permit parking scheme. Parking permits are available for street parking within sight of the guest house.
